The database for the open use of the results of observations at hydrological posts of RSE «Kazhydromet» was created on the basis of the «Rules for the provision of information by the National Hydrometeorological Service», approved by the Order of the Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 267 and dated on July 23, 2021 (Registered No. 23716 by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 27, 2021).
The database contains regime hydrological information (level, discharge and the state of the water body),
which is the result of processing and analysis of primary hydrological data using the program «Reki-Rezhim»
(Automated system of primary processing of current hydrological information from hydrological posts).
A number of data covers the period from 1995-2019, and the data processed with the help of the «Reki-Rezhim» program - from 2010 to the present
and will be updated every year will be replenished as the observation materials are ready.
Distribution of hydrological information of the NHMS via the mass media requires to provide a reference of its source.
